Over the past year, Rascals has changed my life. I've been doing GXT four early mornings a week since last June, and in February I added 5:15 am cycle Mon&Wed plus Matt's double cycle/GXT on Saturday morning when my schedule allows. I'm down 75 pounds and have never felt stronger! Matt, Tina, Michelle, and Lisa are amazing, and I so appreciate their dedication! Thank you! Hands down, joining was the best decision I ever made. My 7-yr old daughter has been begging me to take her to my "exercise classes"... I've taught her burpees, and v-ups, and squat jacks, GTOH, thrusters...all of it. And she does them all better than I do."
