Group Cross Training by Rascals Fitness is a great supplement to your existing gym routine. It combines the elements of sports training, cross training, and boot camps. And since it uses interval training, you’ll get to maximize the time spent exercising, ensuring you will burn more calories. You will be working out with a small group, guided by a qualified Personal Trainer who focuses on each individual to guarantee high-quality training.

Program Contents

Group cross training is a flexible workout program that is suitable for any age or ability. Our classes are either 20 or 45 minutes long and focus on:

  • Core stability

Group Cross Training Sprint

This program includes a 20-minute, full-body workout, along with 15-minute warm up and cool down sessions. It’s designed for individuals who have limited time, but still want maximum results.

Group Cross Training

This program includes a 45-minute, full-body workout and is ideal for individuals who have been working out for years, but aren't feeling/seeing the benefits. Our personal training sessions will have you meeting your fitness goals in no time.
