  • Body Core-Full body strength circuit workout alternating with core exercises for a full body workout
  • Cardio Core - 45 minutes of non-stop movement alternating weighted and body weight exercises with core exercises
  • Total Body Barre Fitness - 45 minutes of intense muscle exercises incorporating weights, balls, and resistance bands working on center floor, on the mat, and at the barre
  • Total Body Fitness - 45 minutes circuit training workout including, cardio, machines, weights, and bodyweight, finishing with barre-based core training and stretching
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - 45-minutes of cardiovascular fitness designedt to improve strength, build lean muscle, and maximize calorie burn
  • Senior Fitness - 45 minute workout designed to increase muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility
