Are you ready to take it to the next level? Are you ready to dial your exercise routine up a notch? We’d like to introduce you to GXT - our energetic group cross training classes.

Combining elements of cross training, boot camps and sports training GXT is the program to get your heart pumping and your muscles working overtime. GXT classes are a great way to supplement your existing gym routine and you’ll have the camaraderie of working out along other like minded individuals.

GXT is a 20 minute and/or 45 minute group personal training class which includes:

  • Cardio
  • Strength
  • Muscle endurance
  • Core stability

GXT is flexible and designed to suit your needs, no matter what your age or ability.

GXT Sprint: A 20 minute full body workout with a 15 minute warm up and cool down. Designed for people with limited time and those who are not sure whether they’re spending their time in the gym wisely. 20 minutes spent in our GXT Sprint class is time well spent!

GXT: 45 minute full body workout. This class is for you if you like to walk into the gym, switch off and have someone else worry about your workout! If you’ve been working out for years and still look and feel the same, GXT is for you. This 45 minute personal training session will have you meeting your fitness goals in no time.

GXT combines interval training in unique ways to help tone and define your body. Interval training is the best way to maximize time spent exercising and burn more calories.

GXT is a combination of both. Groups are kept small and you’ll work out with a qualified Personal Trainer to optimize individual attention and therefore the quality of the training. Training in a small group is more effective and more intense than traditional group exercise.

GXT at Rascals Fitness is a tremendous value. Most other facilities that offer any or all of the Rascals Fitness GXT elements, charge between $14 for one single class, or up to $80 per month depending on the facility. At Rascals Fitness members will ONLY pay an additional $10 per month to receive the entire schedule!
