We have several packages, ranging from as little as 1 session to as many as 12 sessions. The best way to start on a new exercise program is to purchase a session with a personal trainer.

ActivTrax is a “virtual personal training system” given to ALL Rascal members for FREE. It can track your diet, as well as provide a custom workout plan every day!

We focus on “goal oriented workouts!” In other words, you WILL get into shape here! We have personalized fitness programs and we are clean friendly and FUN!

All you need is your smile and friendly face, as well as proper exercise attire. NO jeans, baggy pants, flannel shirts, belts, work boots, dress shoes, or cut-off shirts. Sneakers and exercise clothing must be worn at all times.

Group Cross Training combines the elements of resistance training, aerobic training, and boot camps, making it a great supplement to your existing gym routine.

Membership

No, they don’t. Only members have privileges, which means your guests can only exercise when you’re at the facility. They must register with you at the front desk when you arrive and leave with you when you're done.

You have to be 16 years old and older to acquire a membership without adult supervision. Anyone under that age must join a Personal Training session to learn safe exercise practices and must have an adult present at all times. Moreover, anyone under 18 years old requires a Membership Agreement signed by their parent or guardian. For children under 14, we would have to book a meeting with their parents.

General Billing

We charge a $39 maintenance fee per year to help control maintenance costs. In fact, Rascals Fitness has one of the lowest fees in the industry!

Rascal members can get a drink, T-shirt, or other items by just adding it to their tab. You just need to inform the front desk so they can bill those purchases on the 15th of the month, along with your membership dues.

We only charge a $20 late fee if the billing company returns your account. We’ll send you an email and call you if we encounter an issue. If you never respond and we don’t receive payment, you are subject to an additional late fee.

Print and fill in the cancellation form, seal it in an envelope, address it to the “BILLING DEPARTMENT”, and drop it off at any of our Rascals Fitness locations.

Please remember that Rascals Fitness is willing to offer a FREE personal training session to someone who wants to cancel because they are not using their membership. If interested in this gift please email lauren@rascalsfitness.com. Also remember that you can NOT place a price on good health and investing in your health is the smartest investment you can make!
RASCALS HAS THE EASY CANCEL PROCEDURES IN THE INDUSTRY:

  • In order to cancel your membership, the club only requires a 30 day advanced notification in writing (certified mail is the preferred method but not required). MAIL all cancellation notices OR submit in a closed sealed envelope to your HOME Rascals Fitness club address. EMAILS ARE NOT ACCEPTED for cancellation submission. PHONE CALLS ARE NOT ACCEPTED for cancellations. Legally we can not accept those submissions.
  • Cancellations letters must have: your full name, address, email, phone number, and membership I.D in order to be processed. A “reason for cancellation” is appreciated. Cancellations can NOT be submitted by anyone other than the member.
  • Once the club receives your written cancellation, you will be billed one (1) additional billing cycle after receipt of cancellation, thereby allowing you to use the club for that additional period of time.
